    The Behavior Technician III/RBT position provides front line treatment to clients ranging from ages 2-21 on the core deficit areas of Autism Spectrum Disorders such as: Language and Communication, Social Skills, Self-Help skills and a variety of other developmental abilities.  Utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis therapy techniques as directed, documents progress and is an active participant in team meetings, if applicable.  In addition, the Behavior Technician Level III/RBT provides training to other Behavior Technicians, assists the Senior Staff during team meetings, and conducts administrative work as directed. 



    We look for individuals who:

    • Earned RBT Certification from BACB
    • Have at least one year experience working as a Behavior Technician utilizing ABA therapy, with a minimum of three clients with at least two different functional levels. Prefer verbal and non-verbal, as well as highly aggressive.
    • Display a fun and creative personality
    • Possess a strong work ethic
    • Must be 18 years old or older
    • GED/HS diploma
    • College coursework in a human services discipline is desirable.
    • Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
    • Able to pass a thorough criminal background check
