The Talent Acquisition Specialist position exists to source, recruit and select staff to fulfill talent acquisition needs for the organization. Schedules newly hired Behavior Technicians for cases and shifts. This includes: creatively sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and selecting of qualified candidates, as well as coordinating outreach efforts area high schools, colleges and universities to select top notch candidates.

Non-Essential Functions/Other Duties:
Supervisory Responsibility: Not applicable.
Travel Required: Frequently, to participate in off-site recruiting events. Use of personal vehicle is required.
This is largely a sedentary role, with frequent sitting and computer keyboarding required. Employee will be required to sit, talk, hear, type and write. Occasional bending, squatting, stooping, and lifting (up to 35 pounds) are required.
Actively participates human resources/recruiting related groups to keep current with laws and practices.
Previous experience utilizing HR technologies such as applicant tracking systems, skype, video interviewing, etc.
